Raymond T. Jorgensen

Ray is a serial entrepreneur & business advisor. After early stints with Blue Cross Blue Shield and United HealthCare, Ray learned RCM as a sales professional and consultant for a New England billing firm. In 1998 he co-founded PMG, Inc. As CEO, Ray with his two partners grew PMG to a nation leading revenue cycle management company with 300 staff and annual sales of $15+ million. Training billing professionals and providers in all fifty states, Ray became a national SME around healthcare coding, billing, and reimbursement. He and his two PMG business partners spun off two separate firms with one providing health plan enrollment services (PMG Credentialing) for healthcare providers and another, Revenue Health Systems, offering revenue cycle management software solutions for private practices and revenue cycle management firms.

Ray co-owns Patient360, a CMS certified clinical quality data registry that reports for healthcare providers data necessary to maximize value-based compensation and Tendur, a healthcare practice payments & ecommerce platform. When Ray is not providing private consulting to a limited list of healthcare clients, he works in a variety of capacities with small businesses and start-ups assisting with capital raise, business development, leadership, market vertical analytics, financials, and other aspects of business growth. Ray is a fitness and golf enthusiast who loves spending time with his bride of 30+ years and four adult kids.

Michael J. Samek

Mike is a seasoned Private Equity and M&A Professional who has spent the last eight years working on majority buyout investments within Healthcare IT, Life Sciences & Tech-Enabled Services. Over his eight-year career with 424 Capital, Mike has executed and supported close to 50 platform and add-on transactions, driving growth strategies through both organic expansion and highly targeted M&A. Mike has a strong track record of originating proprietary deal flow, negotiating complex structures, and managing diligence processes across finance, legal, operations, and integration planning. Notable deal experience includes leading all M&A efforts for Coronis Health’s add-on transactions in revenue cycle management across multiple specialties, helping to scale the company before the successful exit to Veritas Capital in 2022. Beyond M&A execution, Mike has focused on actively managing lender relations, LP due diligence, and portfolio value creation initiatives, including executive recruitment, integration planning, and operational diligence. He played a key role in scaling 424 Capital’s investment strategy from an independent sponsor model to a dedicated fund model, working to deploy over $500M in equity and debt capital across numerous growth platforms.

Prior to 424 Capital, Michael worked at J.P. Morgan supporting hedge fund and private equity clients, and at Resilient Systems which was acquired by IBM Security in 2016. Mike is a former NCAA Division I Ice hockey official who now enjoys the warmer weather working on his golf and tennis game.

Before joining Vetta, Jack worked in growth equity at LLR Partners, focusing on FinTech, vertical software, and payments. Earlier in his career, Jack held roles at FS Investments and NeuroFlow, where he gained experience in alternative investments, go-to-market strategy, and healthcare technology. He began his career in finance at Genesis Engineering Solutions, supporting corporate accounting and analysis

Jack earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Marketing from Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business

As an Operating Advisor to Vetta Growth Partners, Emile works directly with portfolio company leadership to professionalize finance functions and strengthen FP&A capabilities. His work includes building reporting infrastructure, improving budgeting and forecasting, optimizing organizational design, and supporting CEOs through post-close transformation. Before partnering with VGP, Emile spent several years in private equity and investment banking, where he focused on financial diligence, value-creation analysis, and operational improvements across technology and services businesses.
